My parents, Thomas John Gwenlan and Florence Mary Willis (known as Mary) on their wedding day, 17th October 1959. Thomas was born on 29th December 1926 at Protheroes Cottages, Scwrfa, Dukestown, Tredegar

This is me, aged 7, at school in Cardiff.
And me aged 14 in Teignmouth.
Our wedding day, 9th June 1984. From Left to right - Thomas John Gwenlan, Ann Gwenlan (nee Reed), Ann, Me, Gladys Gwenlan (nee Hogan). John Gwenlan and Allan Gwenlan. John & Allan are my father's brothers, Gladys' sons.
Gladys May Gwenlan (nee Hogan), my Grandmother with me in about 1962. She was born in 1901 and died in Redcar in 1990.

Here is Lydia Hogan, nee Lewis, Gladys' Mother (my Great Grandmother) Lydia was born in 1879, married John Hogan on 13 Maarch 1898, but died in 1907 of TB, when Gladys was 4 years old. She also left behind Lily aged 7, William aged 6, and Margaret aged 2....
